How long do Dimi desserts stay fresh?

Dimi desserts can be refrigerated for up to 28 days from receipt. If your order is delayed by 2 or more days, please dispose of the product or refuse delivery, as it will no longer meet our quality standards or be suitable for you to enjoy. Please contact us at hi@eatdimi.com for assistance if this occurs.

Can I microwave my Dimi?

Dimi desserts can be enjoyed hot or cold. Our glass is microwave safe - just be sure to remove the foil. Similarly, you can warm up your desserts in the oven, if you’d like.

Do any of your desserts cater to dietary restrictions?

We currently offer a Gluten-Free Chocolate Fudge Cake and Vegan Carrot Cake. However, our products are made in an open kitchen that uses eggs, milk, peanuts, soy, and wheat. Cross contamination is a possibility.

Can I recycle my Dimi jars?

Dimi packaging is 100% recyclable and reusable. Our glass jars are microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe. Once empty, we encourage you to find creative ways to repurpose them - Here are some ways you can reuse your Dimi jar. Send us your ideas at hi@eatdimi.com, or tag us on IG/Tiktok!

How are Dimi online orders delivered?

We cold-pack and ship your desserts via UPS, to ensure the best possible condition. We ship Monday-Friday, with weekend orders shipping Monday. 2-day shipping is included for shipments to the Northeast. There may be additional fees of $10-$35 for faster delivery or further destinations.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

We are so sorry! Please send us a note at hi@eatdimi.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged package, and we will make things right!

Can I make a return?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Dimi does not accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds on any shipments unless the issue in question is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of your order.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds for mistakes made during the ordering process by the customer or delays caused by our shipping partners due to error, strikes, inaccurate shipping information, natural disasters, mistakes made by our shipping partner’s employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control. That said, we are ready to engage with you and may be able to make accommodations in exceptional circumstances.
